How to do it?

1. Choose from our wide selection of bellypans, the one you visualy like and one, that will fit on your bike. Also check the dimension (length, width).

2. Place bellypan into the appropriate-desired position, the center of the bike goes to the center of the bellypan. Tilt of it, height from the ground, distance from the front wheel. Secure the bellypan in this position (put some box under it or stick it with duck tape or a friend can help too). If the width and height is fine, there is the possibility to modify (cut) around the perimeter in terms of design. Cutting is possible with angle grinders, orbital sander or hand emery cloth (sand paper).

3. Attachment is ideal in four points, two on each side.
- Front holders/brackets directed to the front wheel.
- Rear holders/brackets pointing towards the rear wheel. We strive to make the V-shape from the side look.
- Find a suitable mounting points on the bike (engine block, frame, stand etc. (preview photo 1)

On the most bellypans, there are marks for the screw. (Photo 3-1,3-3) For the ones, where these marks are missing, you can see the best spots from the inside, where is carbon-kevlar reinforces (photo 3-2).

At these places we recommend drilling (better endurance of the mounting points). For mounting your bellypan, we recommend universal mounting kit (photo 2-1)
(2x longer aluminium stripe, 2x shorter aluminium stripe, 1x extra stripe – mistake can occur).
Aluminum inserts and rubber bushings (photo 2-2) are delivered together with a bellypan for free.

Rubber bushings simplify installation and above all prevent damage to the bellypan according vibrations while driving. In case of using these rubber bushings you need to dril into the bellypan mounting holes of 14mm diameter.
TIP: In the event that you dont have this diameter of the drill you can drill holes with a smaller diameter and finish it with round file, on above mentioned diameter.

4. Shape aluminium stripes using a vice or pliers, so you will connect the bellypan mounting points with the mounting points on the bike. At the end of the aluminium stripe, where is no rivet nuts, drill a hole for attachment to the engine block (mounting point on the motorcycle), diameter of drilled hole depends on the diameter of the screw where the aluminium stripe will be mounted.

5. Screw aluminium stripes on the bike and than attach (screw) the bellypan.

Here you can see mounting brackets (aluminium stripes), attachment types, rubber bushings.
